CEO & Co-Founder
Turner is the Co-founder and CEO of Upcycled Food Association. He is a social entrepreneur focused on reducing food waste and improving our environment and economy. Turner came to the upcycled food movement by way of the food rescue/hunger relief movement, where he served as the Executive Director of an award-winning organization for seven years. He's excited to continue growing this powerful solution!

Ben Gray MS, RD, is the Co-founder and COO of the Upcycled Food Association. Ben came to this work with a deep affection for food and is driven daily by the bold vision of a food system that can sustain all peoples and our planet. He is excited to support innovative brands and the extraordinary people behind them and proud to help grow an organization that sees equitable participation and being evidence-based as central to the mission of reducing food waste.
Alesha is the Certification Manager for UFA, where she helps to launch and maintain the newly developed Upcycling Certification Program. Most recently she has graduated with her Master’s in Food Studies with a specialization in Food Waste, Sustainability and Food Systems from NYU. Alesha has also volunteered on various local community boards with part of her work focused on economic development, access and food waste reduction.
Rochelle is the Membership Manager of the Upcycled Food Association. After working in brand marketing for major outdoor and recreation CPG brands, Rochelle decided to leave Corporate America to pursue her passion for sustainable food systems. She spent time living in Chile where she worked on various farms across the country and developed a passion for reducing food waste and improving the food supply chain. Rochelle loves working with the UFA community of change-makers and innovative companies to grow the upcycled food economy!
