Board of Directors

The Board is comprised of food system leaders spanning the food and beverage landscape Together they shape the organization's strategic endeavors, provide specialized and technical knowledge, and conduct comprehensive assessments of the upcycled food sector's needs and opportunities.

Emeritus Board of Directors

The Emeritus Board of Directors is comprised of upcycled food sector leaders who have provided invaluable contributions to the mission of the Upcycled Food Association as past Board members.
