    Upcycling Day, celebrated annually on June 24, is a day dedicated to raising awareness about upcycling — the creative process of transforming waste or unwanted materials into new, high-quality products. It highlights how individuals, businesses, and communities can reduce waste, conserve resources, and support a more circular economy through reuse and reinvention.

    In recent years, Upcycling Day has taken on special significance in the food industry, where upcycled food products help address the massive issue of global food waste by turning overlooked ingredients (like fruit pulp or spent grains) into tasty, market-ready products.
